KICKOFF STRATEGY SESSION

First we will dive deep into your current business and discuss your goals and challenges. I will help you identify specific areas that require improvement and we will set measurable objectives tailored to your business needs.

TASK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

During this phase we will work on enhancing your task management system and make it work better for you and your team. We will go through how things are currently done, find ways to streamline and enhance the overall workflow and ensure it's set up for a growing team.

SYSTEM & SOP OPTIMIZATION

Documenting Standard Operating Procedures is crucial for ensuring an efficient business. It makes training easier and ensures that tasks are performed consistently and effectively. In this phase we will get you set up with a simple way to get documented SOPs

OPTIMIZE ONBOARDING & OFFBOARDING

In this phase we will create strategies for optimizing your onboarding and offboarding processes. We will implement improvements to ensure a super seamless experience for new hires and departures an we will create an onboarding/ offboarding plan.

TEAM GROWTH MAPPING

Finally we will work on creating a team growth map based on your 1, 2, and 5-year plans. We will then create and align organizational charts with your growth plans and create up to 5 job descriptions for your future team.

How Long Does The Intensive Take?

Prior to our VIP day, we will hop on a 90-min strategy call. I will then work solely on your business for a 6 hour time period on a day that you have chosen. At the end of the day you will receive all of your deliverables with walkthroughs of everything. You will then receive 2-weeks of email/slack support following our VIP day.

Is This Intensive Suitable For Businesses Of All Sizes?

The Team Prep Intensive is designed to cater to online businesses from teams of 1 to 5. The framework is flexible and can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

How Many Job Descriptions Will Be Included In The Intensive?

As part of the program, we’ll create up to 5 comprehensive job descriptions for your upcoming positions. These descriptions will provide clarity on roles and responsibilities, ensuring everyone is aligned and accountable.

Can I Add More Positions To The Recommended Hiring Plan?

Absolutely! The team growth plan we create will provide recommendations for additional positions needed to support your business expansion. If you wish to add more positions beyond the initial recommendations, we can discuss and adjust the plan accordingly.

What If I Need Ongoing Support After The Program Ends?

I’m here to support you even after the program concludes. You will get 2-weeks of Slack support following delivery and we can discuss ongoing consulting options and tailor a plan that best suits your needs. Whether you need assistance with hiring new members, or refining your processes, I’ll be there to provide continued guidance and support.

Is This Program Applicable To Remote Teams Or Only For On-Site Teams?

The program is suitable for both remote and on-site teams, but my expertise lies in remote teams in the online business space.
